Poly (perfluoroethylene propylene) / perfluoroethylene propylene copolymer particles
The relative density of FEP is 2.12-2.17, and its mechanical strength, chemical stability, electrical insulation, lubricity, wear resistance, non stickiness, aging resistance and other properties are very good, which is similar to polytetrafluoroethylene. But its heat resistance is slightly lower than that of polytetrafluoroethylene, long-term service temperature is - 85 ~ 200 ℃, embrittlement temperature is - 90 ℃, melting point is 263 ℃, thermal decomposition temperature is above 400 ℃. FEP is superior to polytetrafluoroethylene in low flexibility. Because of the low surface tension, it has good viscosity with metal in molten state. Resistant to general chemicals and solvents, not resistant to molten sodium hydroxide and alkali metals, can interact with fluorine and strong oxidants.

PFA has excellent chemical stability, physical and mechanical properties, electrical insulation, lubricity, non stickiness, aging resistance and non flammability, which are similar to those of PCE. It also has the same thermal stability as poly (tetrachloroethylene), long-term service temperature is - 250 ~ 250 ℃, thermal decomposition temperature is above 450 ℃, even in 285 ℃ air can still be stable for 2000 H. Its outstanding feature is good thermoplasticity. Its high-temperature mechanical strength is about 2 times higher than that of ordinary polytetrafluoroethylene. For example, at 250 ℃, the tensile strength of ordinary polytetrafluoroethylene is only 4.9 MPa, while that of fusible polytetrafluoroethylene is 13.72 MPa, which is 1 / 2-1 / 3 of room temperature.

The relative density of PVDF is 1.75 ~ 1.78, the glass transition temperature is - 39 ℃, the embrittlement temperature is below - 62 ℃, the melting point is 144 ℃, and the thermal decomposition temperature is above 320 ℃. The long-term use temperature is - 40 ~ + 125 ℃, the processing temperature range from melting point to decomposition temperature is wide, the processing temperature is low, the melting viscosity is small, and it is easy to process. Mechanical strength is the most superior product in fluororesin, and it can maintain good strength under certain temperature and pressure. High tensile strength. Good impact strength, good toughness, high hardness, good wear resistance, creep resistance is also one of the best fluororesins, with outstanding characteristics of UV resistance and weather resistance, and its film will not crack after one or two decades of outdoor storage. The radiation resistance of the films is also outstanding, and the properties of the films do not decrease seriously after 3 × 108 r-ray irradiation. Excellent electrical insulation.
